2nd Shift Operator II

We are looking for hardworking, dependable people to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions on the second shift. This role is a full-time position with excellent benefits. 4-Day work week, Monday to Thursday.

 

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Set machines and printing plates as determined by production work orders
• Make plates, mix inks, and know run speeds for all product on all machines
• Clean plates and color heads
• Operate/feed products into machine at maximum pace
• Understand how to complete the work order
• Verify quality print is as expected and matches sample
• Adapt to sudden changes in production schedules
• Work in a fast-pace dynamic environment
• Pay close attention to detail
• Solve minor issues to printing equipment
• Run machines with little to no supervision
• Maintain minimum level of waste/scrap

 

The Operator II must possess the following qualities:

• Dependable (must be at work on time)
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to do simple math (fill out and complete production job tickets)
• Offset printing experience a plus
• Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus

 

Pay: $15 - $16.50 per hour (depending on experience)
