Account Specialist

Morrison Cup Solutions is a fast-growing Oklahoma City based foodservice packaging company. Our core focus is to make a branded cup the simplest way for America’s mom & pop retailers to market themselves. By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be America’s #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base.

We are looking for an Account Specialist to support our sales and sales operations team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. An Account Specialist’s responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, answering customers’ inquiries via telephone and e-mail, and entering customer orders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in an effective and timely manner with 100% accuracy

• Be a consultative expert in all aspects of cups and lids including which substrate (foam, plastic, paper) to use

  under various circumstances

• Prospecting potential customers and regaining lost customers

• Coordinate with internal teams including our creative, pricing, procurement, and logistics departments to

  improve the entire customer experience

• Adhere to documented order fulfillment processes and procedures to ensure customer shipments are made

  accurately, complete, and on-time

• Ability to work independently as well as investigate problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations

  to management to resolve customer complaints

• Stay on top of marketing initiatives of large fuel brand partners to propose new product and collaborative

  marketing ideas

Skills

• College degree in any business function is a plus

• Work experience in customer service or account management is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and AV (ERP system) is a plus

• Full-time position, but willing to work with the right candidate if part-time schedule is needed
