Machine Specialist (Lids)

We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to support the Lids Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. This role is a full-time position with excellent benefits. 4 Day work week, Monday-Thursday (6am-4:30pm). Occasional Fridays and NO weekends.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Reduce machine down time

• Assist in operation of machines periodically

• Verify quality of lids is as expected and matches sample

• Work in a fast-pace dynamic environment

• Pay close attention to detail

• Assist Operators with troubleshooting and reduce downtime

• Start/shut down machinery

The Machine Specialist must possess the following qualities:

• Have some manufacturing/machine operations experience

• Some experience leading small groups (3-5 operators)

• Dependable (must be at work on time)

• Must be mechanically inclined

• Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to do simple math

• Working on Offset printers a plus

• Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
