Operator II

We are looking for hardworking, dependable people to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. This role is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Monday to Thursday. First Shift - 5am-3:30pm. Second Shift - 3pm-1:30am. Some overtime is required.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Set paper cup as determined by production work orders
- Operate/feed products into machine at maximum pace
- Understand how to complete the work order
- Verify quality cup is as expected and matches sample
- Adapt to sudden changes in production schedules
- Work in a fast-pace dynamic environment
- Pay close attention to detail
- Solve minor issues to printing equipment
- Run machines with little to no supervision
- Maintain minimum level of waste/scrap
The Operator II must possess the following qualities:

Dependable (must be at work on time)

Mechanically inclined
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Able to do simple math (fill out and complete production job tickets)

Machine operating experience a plus
Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
