We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Technician II to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Position Duties and Responsibilities

Lab Testing & Analysis

• Weigh cups to verify compliance with specifications.

• Measure and document attributes and density of cups using precision instruments in a lab setting.

• Perform leak tests to ensure product reliability.

• Utilize microscopes to examine cell formation in cups.

• Analyze test data and make informed decisions regarding product quality.

• Comply with all Lab procedures and specifications to ensure continuous Quality of all production.

Documentation & Reporting

• Accurately scan and maintain daily quality documentation.

• Prepare and submit quality reports as required.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Salary range of $46-$59k per year.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

• Experience in quality control (QMS) or laboratory testing in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 22000, GMP, HACCP standards.

• Ability to calibrate and utilize standard laboratory equipment such as scales, calipers, microscopes, and Measurement tools.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
