Streamlined Packaging
We keep ordering stress to a minimum with universally fitting lids for many cold and hot cup sizes, no matter the substrate. Check out our cup substrate-specific pages for more details.
Inventory Control
Our warehouses offer floor stocking at annual usage of just 100,000 cups per year. That means you can order with just two week lead times. Coffee sleeves, straws, and bags can also be added and delivered with your client’s order.

-
How long will it take for me to get cups for my client?
The initial sales process of selecting the right cup and production volume as well as getting the artwork on the cup just right can take a few weeks. Once all that’s behind us, you’ll be in the production queue which can take 6-10 weeks.
Depending upon current lead times a reasonable estimate of time from the deal being signed to your customer receiving their cups is approximately 10-12 weeks.
-
What is my minimum order, and how many pieces do I receive per case?
Minimum orders for all cups and substrates start at only 5,000 pieces, though our average customer purchases in 25,000-50,000 volumes to achieve the most efficient price. A typical case contains approximately 1,000 cups.
Therefore, you can expect around five cases for a minimum order of 5,000 cups. However, that number can fluctuate due to the cup material and size.
-
What type of substrates do you use?
We offer paper (single and double-wall), PET and PP plastic, foam (standard and high-density), and injection-molded plastic. We also offer eco-friendly options such as an eco-paper cup made without petroleum and biodegradable foam cups.
We do not produce cups made of ceramic, polycarbonate, tempered or annealed glass, crystal, stainless steel, acrylic, or porcelain. We also do not print on these items.
-
What sizes of cups do you have? Do you have lids for all of your cup styles?
We offer cups as small as 4 oz and as large as 52 oz. Every cup we offer comes with a lid that fits. Many of these lids are multi-purpose and can work for multiple sizes and styles — another Morrison perk.
-
What file type do you need for my client’s artwork?
We prefer vector format (.SVG) to accommodate lossless logo applications. If you don’t have your logo in this format, we are happy to re-draw it for you for a small creative fee.
-
What if my client doesn’t have their original artwork?
Our team of designers can rebuild your client’s artwork in our preferred file format. We can also help your client design art from scratch if they have never had art.
-
Will you share your prices with my retailer?
No. We only ever share our wholesale prices with you and never with your client. Every opportunity is different and we know pricing is a sensitive topic, so we’ll follow your lead on however you want us to handle it.
-
Do you work with my competitors?
We are under a strict obligation to never share details of your accounts with anyone besides you. So even if we do work with a competing distributor, your program details are yours and will never be shared with anyone.
-
Do I need to be with a large distributor to work with Morrison?
No! We have worked with all kinds of distributors, from small coffee shop groups to some of the nation’s biggest wholesale foodservice suppliers. Businesses of all sizes are welcome at Morrison. We just try to make the custom cup procurement process easier on everyone.
